As a PADI instructor there was a gap for crucial scuba diving techniques in Belize. After many years of dive education at my PADI IDC center (Instructor Development Center), I chose to open the first Scuba School dedicated to dive training only. Last year my family and I did our scuba diving certification and our instructor was Junior of Scuba School Belize. I had taken the diving course before but decided to do it over with my family, it was the best thing to do for my diving hobby. Junior is a true professional, very knowledgeable and very patient something hard to find in a dive instructor. He taught us a higher standard of diving. He covered more on safety and how to be a more responsible scuba diver, something that I didn't learn on my first course. For my family, it was their first time but they learned everything the right way. For those that are looking to get certified look for Junior of Scuba School Belize, Ambergris Caye.
